DIBUJA,PINTA,CREA OBRA DESDE MUY TEMPRANA EDAD .NACIDO EN LA CIUDAD DE MEXICO EN EL AÑO DE 1964 donde crecio y estudio como oyente en la ESCUELA NACIONAL DE ARTES PLASTICAS DE XOCHIMILCO viendo museos y exposiciones de los grandes pintores mexicanos; algunos amigos de la familia,su amor y pasion por el arte se a extendido a diferentes ramas como la musica,la joyeria,el teatro,las artes escenicas,de donde a tomado influencia y a sido fuente de inspiracion.En el año de 1985 viajo a Nueva York, a Shaydy,a Woodstock,a Herkemair, a Saratoga E.U.,a Montreal y a Quebec Canada.lugares donde expuso y vendio obra con la plena satisfaccion de la gente al comprar obra original de EBEL GARCES quien ya tiene un marcado ESTILO PROPIO. A pertenecido a diversos grupos de artistas como MANOS QUE HABLAN,la FUNDACION PARA LAS ARTES DE COYOACAN,GALERIA DE LA SINFONIA DE LOS SUEÑOS,HECHO EN PLAYA,CAMINARTE.etc.
